Terms of Service

These terms cover using justBLT, whether you are browsing for a tool or listing one you built. By using the site you agree to them. They are available free of charge before you sign up, and you can save or print this page at any time.

1. The basics

justBLT is a place to discover software made by independent builders, sorted by the real-world problem it solves. We host listings and point you to the builder's own site. We do not sell the software, take payment for it, or run it for you.

justBLT is operated by GCW Digital LLC, a company registered in the United States, at 680 N. Lake Shore Drive 110-1685, Chicago, IL 60611, operating the service from Poland and contactable at hello@justblt.com. To use the site you need a current web browser with JavaScript enabled and an internet connection.

2. Your account

One person gets one account, created through Google sign-in. Keep your details accurate and your access to your own email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can close it at any time (see section 12).

3. Browsing as a buyer

You can browse and discover listings for free. When you click through to a product you leave justBLT and deal directly with that builder under their own terms, not ours. A listing on justBLT is not a recommendation, a guarantee, or an endorsement of the product.

4. Listing your product

Listing is free. By listing, you confirm that the product is yours to list, that your description is accurate, and that you have the right to use everything you upload. You are responsible for your product and for everything in your listing.

5. What we can do with a listing

To keep the marketplace honest and safe, we may:

• take and re-take automatic screenshots of the site your listing points to,
• run safety checks on your product's web address and images,
• edit, hide, reorder, decline, or remove a listing that breaks these terms or fails a safety check.

We do this to protect buyers. None of it means we vet, verify, guarantee, or endorse a product. If we remove or restrict your listing, we will tell you why (see section 11).

6. What you cannot do

You may not supply unlawful content, and you may not:

• list anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that is not yours,
• upload malware or anything that attacks users or the site,
• infringe anyone's intellectual property,
• misrepresent what a product does, or point a listing at a site other than the product it describes,
• try to game rankings, votes, or safety checks.

7. Who owns what

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, screenshot, and promote your submitted content on justBLT and in our own marketing of the platform. You confirm you hold the rights needed to grant this. The justBLT name, logo, and design are ours.

8. Links to other sites

Listings link to builders' own websites and to third-party video. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Visiting them is at your own discretion and under their terms.

9. How listings are ranked

By default we order listings by how recently they were added or updated, so fresh listings show first. Category and the problem a tool solves decide where it appears in the catalogue. A listing has to pass our safety checks to be shown. We list our own products (such as DispuPoint) under the same rules and the same ranking as everyone else, with no preferential placement.

10. Promoted listings

We do not currently sell placement. If we introduce promoted listings, paid placement will be labelled clearly wherever it appears, and we will explain here how it affects ranking before it goes live.

11. Reporting content and complaints

Reporting a listing

If you think a listing is illegal or breaks these terms, tell us at hello@justblt.com. Include a link to the exact listing, the reason you think there is a problem, and your name and email so we can follow up. We will confirm we received your report and tell you what we decided.

If we act on your listing

If we remove, hide, demote, or restrict your listing or account, we will give you a clear reason: what we did, the ground we relied on, whether automated checks were involved, and how you can challenge the decision by replying to us.

Complaints about the service

For any complaint about justBLT itself, email hello@justblt.com. We aim to acknowledge within a few days and resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can, and we will tell you the outcome.

12. Suspending or ending an account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will give a reason. Where we end a creator's account for reasons other than a clear or repeated breach, we will give at least 30 days' notice where the law requires it.

13. No guarantees

justBLT is provided as is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for the products you find through it or for your dealings with their builders. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live in the EU. Disputes can be brought before the competent courts, and consumers may also use available out-of-court options.

15. Language

These terms are available in Polish and English. For a consumer resident in Poland, the Polish version applies. The English version is provided for convenience.

16. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for significant changes, give notice. Where a change affects creators who use justBLT for their business, we will give reasonable advance notice before it takes effect.
